By creating an account on FencStats, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
The service
FencStats provides a platform for fencers and coaches to log bouts, track performance, and discover other fencers. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data you submit (bouts, notes, videos). By using FencStats you grant us a licence to store and display this content as part of the service. Bout records involving other users may be retained in anonymised form after account deletion.
Limitation of liability
FencStats is provided without warranty. We are not liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or damages arising from the use of the platform. Use the service at your own risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
